Founded by two visionary leaders - Eng. Nasser and Eng. Mohammad who has many years of experience in the Engineering Industry in the Middle East. Our Team

 

Mohammad Dabboussi is an Architectural Engineer with 23 years of successful career experience in setting up & managing business units in the fields of Real Estate, Building Construction, Restoration, Architectural design and Project Management in the Middle East, Turkey, and the UK. As the General Manager of First Projects Ltd, a Saudi Arabian company, three projects that he is currently working on in UK include the Chelmsford residential project London / Essex (Under Construction); City Airport residential scheme London E16 (Under design) and Dagenham residential scheme east London (Under design). He is also currently working on his Masters Degree in Project Management, University of Roehampton, from London,UK.

Eng. Nasser Albalkhi is a Civil Engineer with 20 years' experience in project management & controls, estimating, planning, scheduling, cost control, BIM, Budgeting with Mega Projects in Housing, Hospitals, Malls and infrastructure projects. Currently he is a General Manager of 7Points contracting company in Saudi Arabia in charge of building and renovation of housing projects, and palaces projects.

Issam Dabboussi is a young engineer who Develop workshop/process flow layouts to achieve productivity, quality and safety aspects. Management of production team and workshop resources of material and machinery. Working out production solutions for challenging fabrication projects and repair jobs. Studying Project scope and Planning for Production methods to meet project schedule. Technical - Procurement and commissioning of workshop machinery and tools. Implementation of industrial methods and development techniques for production excellence.
